Note on General Data Protection Regulation

DharmaMind meet the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) criteria for exemption from GDPR registration, however, we abide by the ICO key principles and so:

• We have a standard footer on our emails to enable people to opt out of our mailing list.
• We use bcc (blind copy) to hide the email addresses of our members when contacting multiple people.
• We use “do not show email address” on calendar invites to hide the email addresses of our members when inviting multiple people.
• Personal information collected for retreats (such as emergency contact details, dietary requirements) is deleted after the retreat is completed.
• Our group does not use any cookies and we do not analyse any website statistics.
